Little Warriors

Little warriors class is aimed at 8-12 years. This helps with fitness, gain confidence, improve co-ordination, discipline and help with their social skills. This class will learn pad work, different kickboxing and self defence techniques. Exercises are also key which include press ups, sit ups, squats, palms, double leg raises, mountain climbers and burpees. Children will also get the chance to help take the class so getting involved in warm ups, exercises and choosing techniques that they may already know this is part of improving your child’s confidence and chance of showing off what they may already know. Coaches may ask the children questions about what they are doing as this is just as important as knowing the move they are asked to do. All of this is what your child will begin to know if he/she is a beginner.
