Diddie Warriors
Diddie warriors is aimed at 5-7 year olds. This class helps children gain confidence, co-ordination skills and discipline. Coming to these classes is also a great way to help childrens social skills and help them to make friends. Children will learn basic kickboxing skills and exercises. These include squats, palms, sit ups, press ups and double leg raises. Fitness is a big key and by children attending these classes it will keep them fit and they will also learn self defence techniques. All our classes are very friendly and welcoming.
