Martial monkeys class helps the younger ages 3-4 years with balance, co-ordination and their attention span. We teach these using different games and activities making it a fun way to learn those basic skills that will help them progress in kickboxing. Teaching those simple techniques and exercises what will help them move closer to earning those belts.
